SMS Communications

1. How We Use Text Messages

When you give us your mobile phone number and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Speed of Sound. We only send texts for these purposes:

• Appointment Confirmations: letting you know your appointment has been booked.
• Appointment Reminders: reminding you of an appointment that's coming up.
• Scheduling Updates: telling you when an appointment time changes.
• Service Notifications: updates about work you've requested or we've completed.
• Estimate Follow-Ups: checking in about an estimate we've given you, up to three times over 30 days.
• Promotional Messages: sent only if you've specifically opted in to marketing messages.

Message and data rates may apply. You don't have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy from us.

2. Carrier Disclaimer

Mobile carriers aren't responsible for the delivery, content, or operation of our text messages, and they aren't liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Speed of Sound follows applicable carrier rules and CTIA messaging best practices.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to our text messages. By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We don't send marketing text messages to minors.

4. Opting Out and Getting Help

You can stop our text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You'll get one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. You're welcome to opt back in at any time the same way you first signed up.

For help, reply HELP to any message or call us at 351-213-6826.
